We're Hiring: Production LeadLead the Floor. Drive the Output. Own the Outcome.We're looking for an experienced Production Lead to take ownership of daily operations on our production floor. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to keep a team focused, a line running, and a schedule on track — all while never losing sight of safety and quality.If you've spent the last 5–10 years learning what it takes to lead people through real production pressure, we want to talk to you.What You'll DoSupervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and safety targetsLead, train, and motivate a team of production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvementMonitor workflow and troubleshoot bottlenecks in real time to keep production on schedulePartner with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to resolve issues quicklyTrack key performance metrics (output, downtime, scrap/waste, safety incidents) and report to leadershipEnforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standardsIdentify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costsManage scheduling, shift coverage, and resource allocationWhat You Bring5–10 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or operations environment, including proven leadership or supervisory experienceA track record of successfully leading teams to hit production goalsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressureSolid understanding of lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement principles (preferred)Excellent communication skills — you can talk to line workers and leadership with equal easeFamiliarity with production/ERP software and basic reporting toolsA safety-first mindset and commitment to quality standardsWhy Join UsCompetitive salary + performance incentivesHealth, dental, and vision coverageRetirement plan with company matchPaid time off and holidaysReal opportunities for growth into operations management
