Bilingual English/Spanish Production Team LeadPay: $21.00 per hour | Full-TimeWe're hiring an experienced Bilingual Production Team Lead to lead and support employees in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is confident directing a team and keeping production running safely and efficiently. Previous Team Lead experience and fluency in English and Spanish are required.What You'll DoLead and support production employees throughout the shiftAssign employees to work areas based on production needsMonitor productivity, quality, attendance, and safetyTrain and coach new and existing employeesEnsure GMP, sanitation, food safety, and company procedures are followedCommunicate staffing, production, and equipment concerns to managementWork closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teamsComplete production and employee documentationPromote a positive, productive, and team-focused work environmentWhat We're Looking ForPrevious Team Lead or supervisory experience requiredFluent in English and Spanish requiredManufacturing, production, or food-processing experienceStrong leadership and employee coaching skillsAbility to confidently direct and motivate a production teamStrong communication and problem-solving skillsGMP and food safety knowledge preferredBasic computer and documentation skillsWork EnvironmentRefrigerated production environment of approximately 35°F–45°FMust be comfortable standing and walking for extended periodsCold, wet, and fast-paced production settingOvertime and weekend availability may be requiredPay $21.00 per hour
