Location: St. Martinville, LA
Pay Rate: $11.00 per hour
Schedule: 6am-4:30pm with one early day reporting at 5am-3:30pm

Looking for Production Line Associate jobs in Rome where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

Job Duties
Load and dump empty glass bottles onto conveyor systems for production.
Maintain a continuous supply of bottles to prevent line stoppages.
Inspect bottles for visible defects, damage, or contamination.
Remove broken or defective bottles and notify supervisors of issues.
Monitor production flow and quickly respond to fluctuations in line speed.
Keep the work area clean and follow all food safety and GMP requirements.
Adhere to all safety procedures when handling glass materials.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.
Production experience required
Preferred Qualifications
Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Production Line Associate.
Physical Capabilities
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
