The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that high-quality products are produced, packaged, and prepared for inventory in accordance with company standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with loading and packaging products onto palletsWrap and stage palletized products for inventoryOperate a forklift (as needed) to move palletized materialsPerform general plant housekeeping and cleaning dutiesConduct basic equipment maintenance throughout the shiftFollow all company policies and safety proceduresWork EnvironmentLoud and dusty production environmentOutdoor work in all weather conditionsPhysically demanding role requiring frequent bending, lifting, and twistingMust be able to lift up to 90 lbsQualificationsStrong work ethic and reliabilityCommitment to maintaining a safe work environmentAbility to work effectively in a team settingWillingness to adhere to all safety and operational standardsSchedulePositions are available across multiple shifts, Monday through Thursday: 6:30AM to 5PMJob RequirementsQualificationsMust be detail, safety, and quality orientated; careful attention to detail is required.Understand units of measure and be able to perform general mathematical equations.This position requires a lot of bending, twisting, and reaching while standing.Must be able to work quickly, while standing, in an extremely fast faced environment.Physical capacity to lift up to 90 pounds on a regular basisAbility to work independently.Willing and able to work overtime and handle varying work hours.Prior mechanical experience or being mechanically inclined (i.e. capable of recognizing machine issues and irregularities) is preferred.Previous forklift experience/certification is a plus.BenefitsHealth Benefits Medical/Prescription CoverageVision CoverageDental Coverage401k Retirement PlanFlexible Spending Account (FSA) available.Health Savings Account (HSA) available, with company contributions.Paid Time Off – Holiday Pay, Sick Pay, and Vacation Time Accrual Paid sick time accrual available after 90 days.Paid vacation time accrual, 40 hours available at 6 months.Paid Holidays – 10 scheduled holidays a year.Life Insurance – $60,000 policy at no cost to the employeeVoluntary Benefits: Accident, Critical Illness, Life, and Long-Term DisabilityEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) – At no cost to the employee
