Ditsch USA is hiring Line Leads for our new Kemper location. We take pride in quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement and we are looking for leaders who want to help our people and production lines succeed.1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Thursday, Fridays as needed.Why This Role Could Be a Great FitYou like being a working leader, not just giving directions, but helping the team get the job done.You enjoy fast-paced manufacturing and take pride in safety, quality, and efficiency.You are comfortable coaching employees, solving issues, and communicating with supervisors.You want a role where your leadership can make a visible impact every shift.Why Join Ditsch USA?Competitive pay: $22.50-$24.50 per hourMedical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with company matchPaid time off, paid holidays, and additional voluntary benefit optionsTraining, development, and growth opportunities in a safe, team-focused environmentWhat You'll DoAs a Line Lead, you will support employees on the production floor, keep workflow on track, and help ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met each shift.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and support production employees during the shift.Keep production moving safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.Monitor workflow, staffing needs, changeovers, and shift transitions.Reinforce food safety, sanitation, GMP, and workplace safety expectations.Help troubleshoot production issues and communicate updates to supervisors.Complete production documentation accurately and on time.Support continuous improvement, reduce waste, and help minimize downtime.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable leading a team in a manufacturing environment.
