In this role, you will help lead production, support your team, and keep operations running safely and efficiently. If you are a hands-on leader who enjoys a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this could be a strong next step. In this role, you will:Maintain a clean and safe work environment and enforce safety standards.Lead, coach, and support team members on the production floor.Monitor production schedules and ensure efficient line operations.Coordinate shift changes, staffing, and workflow.Troubleshoot issues and help resolve production challenges.Ensure compliance with food safety and manufacturing standards.Complete production documentation and communicate updates to leadership.Support training and development of team members.Assist with continuous improvement initiatives.What You BringWe are looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and comfortable leading by example on the production floor.
