Production Line Lead (Direct Hire)Now hiring for a Production Line Lead in Cincinnati, OH. Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM + overtime as needed.Looking for Production Line Lead jobs in Cincinnati where leadership and organization drive results? This opportunity lets you oversee warehouse operations, support your team, and help ensure products move safely, accurately, and efficiently throughout the supply chain.Lead daily production activities, support team performance, maintain quality standards, ensure workplace safety, and help drive efficient manufacturing operations while working closely with production staff and management.Education Requirements:High school diploma or GED required.Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.Experience Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experiencePrevious lead or supervisory experience preferredPrinting or packaging experience is a plusStrong understanding of production and quality processesJob Duties:Lead and support production line employees to meet daily production goalsMonitor workflow and ensure products meet quality standardsTrain and assist team members with production processes and proceduresCoordinate line activities to maximize efficiency and minimize downtimeEnsure adherence to company safety policies and proceduresTroubleshoot production issues and communicate concerns to managementMaintain accurate production records and reportsAssist with continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancementsPreferred Qualifications:Previous supervisory or management experience within a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.Experience managing inventory accuracy, shipping operations, receiving activities, and employee performance is beneficial.Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, OSHA regulations, or supply chain best practices is considered an asset.Individuals who demonstrate leadership, accountability, professionalism, and a commitment to operational excellence are well positioned for success as a Production Line Lead.Physical Capabilities:Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout warehouse operations for extended periods.Ability to occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.Ability to safely work in active warehouse environments with forklifts, conveyors, and material handling equipment.Ability to inspect warehouse operations and respond to operational needs throughout the facility.Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer. You will collaborate with operations, logistics, and leadership teams to improve performance, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.A Production Line Lead supports warehouse success through effective leadership, operational planning, and inventory management. This role requires strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple warehouse activities.The Production Line Lead helps maintain efficient workflows while supporting employee development, inventory accuracy, and safe warehouse operations.
