Job description
Production Line OperatorAt The LEGO Group, we are seeking a Production Line Operator to operate, monitor, and adjust automated production machinery in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supporting product quality and production performance and is not a forklift or material handling position.Starting Pay Rate: $21.42/hour (weekly pay).Shift: 6am-6pm 2-2-3 (non-rotating) shift pattern (Enjoy working 15 days per month) in a Climate Controlled environmentKey ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor automated production equipmentAdjust machine settings to maintain quality standardsIdentify and respond to minor machine issuesPerform routine quality inspectionsRecord production data accuratelyMaintain a safe and organized work areaQualificationsExperience operating stationary manufacturing equipmentPrevious manufacturing or machine operation experienceMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to work in a team environmentSuccessful completion of on-site pre-employment assessments that include manual dexterity, matching, and intermediate technology evaluations.Warehouse or forklift-only experience will not align with this rolePhysical RequirementsStand for extended periods (12-hour shifts)Lift up to 35 pounds occasionallyWork around moving production equipment safelyBenefitsOur goal is for each employee, and their families, to live fulfilling and healthy lives.
