Production Line WorkerAt ECOS®, we are a women-led company with a mission to create plant-powered laundry detergents and cleaners that are safer for people, pets and the planet. As a Climate Positive company, we restore more than 100% of its carbon, water, and energy use back to the earth, in our four manufacturing facilities right here in the USA.We have an immediate opening for a Production Line Worker to label, fill and package products according to production schedules while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.Key Job Functions:Making sure product has the proper container, cap, and cartonEnsuring bottles, caps, cartons, and filling equipment is neat and cleanEnsuring product is labeled, filled, and boxed properly as it passes the production lineOperating scanner to input production including correct number of casesCleaning work area and all equipment at the end of shift and/or during work hours, as necessaryCross training on various roles within the line and rotating as directedHandling other special projects and requests, as neededPay Rate-$20.00/hrIn order to be successful, you will need:High school diploma/GED and at least one year of experience in a production environmentForklift Certification/Experience a plusFamiliarity with filling equipmentAbility to safely lift bottles, boxes, tools, equipment and other necessary items; ability to lift up to 70 lbs.Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructionsAbility to manage time effectively and multitaskDetail oriented with the ability to read, comprehend, and followWhy join the ECOS family:Comprehensive group insurance including medical, dental, vision, short and long term disability, and supplemental insurance plans including accident and critical illness401k with company matchPaid vacation and sick payTen paid holidays per year including your birthdayPaid parental bonding leaveSustainability incentives for purchasing eco-friendly carWellness programs and incentivesEqual Opportunity Employer/minority/female/disability/veteran
