With 24/7 operations, long-term stability, and outstanding tenure across the workforce, this is a place where you can build a career — not just find a job.Why You'll Love Working Here as a Machine OperatorExtremely stable, growing company with long-term career opportunityDiscounts on your phone bill, groceries, pet insurance, and auto insuranceHigh employee retention — people stay because they love it hereHands-on, technical work with room to expand your skillsWork-life balance: 3–4 days off every other week with the 12-hour scheduleWhat You'll DoAs a Machine Operator III, you are the lead operator on the production line—ensuring quality, efficiency, and safe machine operations.Key Responsibilities:Lead daily line operations and partner with leads, mechanics, and production staff to solve issuesLoad/unload material rolls, set machines according to specification sheetsStart/stop/restart machines, remove scrap, manage rewindAssist with machine setup and operate thermoforming, automation, and auxiliary equipmentInspect in-process and finished products for defectsPerform line clearance, housekeeping, and in-process documentationConduct basic preventative maintenance and cavity changesTroubleshoot quality and equipment issuesMaintain accurate logs and production documentationSupport training and skill development within your shiftWhat We're Looking For in a Machine OperatorHigh school diploma or GEDPrevious machine operator experience (manufacturing preferred)Ability to operate lift trucksStrong communication and teamwork skillsProblem-solving mentality with solid decision-making abilitiesComputer proficiency (MS Word, Excel; data acquisition a plus)Ability to read micrometersScheduleThis position operates on a 12-hour rotating schedule:Day Shift: 6:55 AM – 7:00 PM Night Shift: 6:55 PM – 7:00 AM (+$0.75/hr)Enjoy built-in long weekends every other week!Week 1: Mon, Tue, Fri, SatWeek 2: Sun, Wed, ThursPay: $20–$24/hr + Night Shift Differential ($0.75/hr) #IND-HP
