CNC Machine Operator (Turning)Join a growing, team-oriented company as a CNC Machine Operator (Turning) in our Turning and Milling departments! We are currently hiring for 1st, 2nd, and Weekend Shifts.1st Shift: 8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday) or 10-hour shifts (Monday–Thursday)Night & Weekend Shifts: Premium pay availableResponsibilities:Load, operate, and monitor CNC machines throughout the shiftExpected to operate multiple machines independently after training (typically 1 week)Conduct regular part inspections and maintain quality documentationDeburr, clean, and package finished parts for the next production stagesMaintain a clean and organized workstationRegularly lift up to 40 lbsMaintain consistent and reliable attendanceQualifications:Experience with Haas mills, Haas lathes, or Doosan lathes (Fanuc control) preferredAbility to read and understand technical prints and shop routesFamiliarity with or ability to learn inspection tools and equipmentAbility to work independently and troubleshoot issuesStrong work ethic, positive attitude, and solid communication skills
