Production Manager, Electromechanical Contract Manufacturing
Montello, WI | $100,000 to $120,000/yr + Bonus | Mon to Thu, 4x10
Lead two plants, report to the President, and help shape the future of a growing defense and commercial manufacturer.
Must-Haves
10+ years in manufacturing
Operations leadership experience
Lean and 5S experience
Production scheduling system knowledge
Strong communicator
What You'll Do
Direct production and maintenance for about 100 employees across Montello and Wautoma.
Drive schedule attainment, quality, and cost through lean practices.
Build a thriving, engaged team culture and influence strategic decisions.
