Job description
Cargill seeks a Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations in a high-volume food production facility. You will oversee production schedules, staffing, and equipment utilization to meet safety, quality, and yield targets. Partner with maintenance, quality, and supply chain to minimize downtime and ensure regulatory compliance. Drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives, analyze KPIs, and implement cost-saving measures. Lead, coach, and develop frontline teams, fostering a culture of safety, inclusion, and problem-solving while supporting Cargill’s commitment to sustainable, reliable food supply.
