Job description
Locale, based in Hayward, CA, is seeking a Production Manager to lead a 50+ person team on-site. You will oversee the jar-building operation producing ~40,000 jars per week, driving consistency, efficiency, and quality across the line.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in production management, signficant leadership experience, and a strong focus on KPIs and continuous improvement; ServSafe/HACCP certification preferred.
