Job description
Church Hill Classics, headquartered in Monroe, CT, is seeking a Manufacturing Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing production process, drive efficiency, and lead a diverse team of supervisors and operators on site. This role focuses on Lean and continuous improvement to ensure on-time delivery and high quality.
You’ll drive daily scheduling, staffing, safety, and cross-functional collaboration with procurement, logistics, and quality control.
