Job description
Piller Aimmco is seeking a Production Manager to lead a dynamic manufacturing operation in Washougal, WA. The role targets safety, quality, and on-time delivery while developing capable supervision on the shop floor.
You will direct supervisors across shifts, drive continuous improvement, manage schedules and performance metrics, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and sustain results.
