Production ManagerLocation: Mentor, OHFull-TimeKey ResponsibilitiesMonitor and adjust production performance proactively to meet KPIs and service levelsCollaborate with Supply Planning to align labor, production schedules, and materials to optimize delivery and minimize costMaintain constant communication across all shifts and departments to ensure a smooth flow of information and operationsEnforce safety policies, conduct incident investigations, and implement corrective actionsFoster a strong team culture built on collaboration, communication, and mutual respectDrive employee engagement and development through coaching and mentoringWhat Makes You a Good FitBachelor's Degree in a technical or engineering-related fieldMinimum 5 years' experience in a Production Manager or Manufacturing Supervisor roleExperience in chemical manufacturing preferredERP system experience is a plus (e.g., SAP, Oracle)Proven ability to lead teams and manage production goals in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred ExperienceLeadership in a Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environmentTrack record of driving performance and safety improvementsStrong decision-making skills and data-driven mindset
