About the Role : Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Production Manager will have responsibility for the overall performance of the fabrication operation, including:
Production planning and scheduling
Labor, equipment, and material utilization
Quality, safety, cost, and productivity
Leadership of supervision and maintenance teams
Production KPIs and continuous improvement
Improving manufacturing methods and project flow
Collaboration with estimating, purchasing, logistics, quality, HR, and executive leadership
Responsibilities :
We are seeking a proven steel fabrication leader with deep operational experience who understands both the people and production sides of the business.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate brings:
Significant leadership experience within steel fabrication
Strong production and personnel-management experience
Ability to read plans and fabrication drawings
Strong operational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience driving continuous improvement
The leadership presence to operate as a key member of the management team
Pay range and compensation package : This opportunity includes an executive-level salary and incentive package, along with:
Medical insurance through UnitedHealthcare
Company reimbursement of 80% of the medical deductible, up to $4,000 per person
401(k) with employer match up to 4.5%
