$110,000 - $150,000 + Training + Career Progression + Excellent Benefits Package

In this role, you will oversee approximately 175 production employees through seven Supervisors, taking ownership of day-to-day production performance, scheduling, safety, quality, and KPIs. This role would suit a Production Manager or experienced Production Supervisor from a high-volume manufacturing environment, looking to lead a large production team and progress their career within a global organization.
The Role:
Oversee approximately 175 production employees through seven Supervisors
Take ownership of production performance, scheduling, safety, quality, KPIs, and continuous improvement
80% shop floor / 20% office, leading from the front in a high-volume manufacturing environment
The Person:
Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, or experienced Production Supervisor
Experience leading large production teams within high-volume manufacturing
Familiarity with large industrial equipment
