Job description
TFC Poultry in Ashby, Minnesota, is seeking a Production Manager to oversee all daily production operations, ensure compliance with HACCP, GMPs, and SOPs, and drive process improvements that meet customer expectations. You will lead production supervisors and technicians, foster teamwork and safety, monitor yield and costs, and report to the Plant Manager while promoting the company image in the community.
Manufacturing experience and leadership skills are required, with a college degree
