Job description
Production ManufacturerThe Production Manufacturer is responsible for producing goods through the operation of machinery, assembly of components, and adherence to manufacturing processes. This role ensures products are made efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production goalsFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environmentMaintain production records and documentationIdentify and report equipment malfunctions or production issuesOperate production machinery and equipment to manufacture productsAssemble materials and components accurately based on specificationsMonitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality outputInspect finished goods and perform quality control checksLoad and unload materials and finished productsQualificationsBasic understanding of machinery and mechanical processesAbility to follow instructions and work in a team environmentPrevious manufacturing or production experience is an advantageHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualitySkills & AbilitiesTime management and reliabilityGood problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsPhysical stamina for standing, lifting, and repetitive tasksAbility to operate hand tools and manufacturing equipmentEffective communication and teamwork skillsWork EnvironmentManufacturing or factory settingExposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperaturesUse of personal protective equipment (PPE) requiredPhysical RequirementsRepetitive hand and arm movementsAbility to lift up to 25–50 lbsStanding and walking for extended periodsPreferred TraitsCommitment to workplace safety and continuous improvementStrong work ethic and punctualityAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
