Production Manufacturing Associate – 3rd Shift
We are hiring Production Manufacturing Associates for an automotive manufacturing facility in Midway, TN! This is a great opportunity for dependable candidates looking to get started in manufacturing. Entry-level applicants are welcome! No previous manufacturing experience is required for these positions. Associates may work in assembly, machine operation, and other production-related duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay & Schedule
3rd Shift: $17.50 per hour
Training: Must be available to train on 1st shift for an estimated 2 weeks at $17.00 per hour
Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential
Must be available for the required training period before transitioning to 3rd shift
Job Responsibilities
Perform assembly and production duties according to work instructions
Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery as trained
Inspect products for quality and report defects or concerns
Maintain production standards and meet daily goals
Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
Keep the work area clean and organized
Work as part of a team to ensure production runs smoothly
Requirements
Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must
Ability to stand for the entire shift
Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment
Willingness to learn new tasks and cross-train in different production areas
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work well with others
Must be available to complete approximately two weeks of 1st-shift training
