Job description
Production Mechanical AssemblersJoin our team as a Production Mechanical Assembler, where your primary responsibility will be the assembly of various aviation refueler trucks and components, including pump and motor modules. Your role will involve performing diverse assembly tasks and ensuring the highest quality standards in our production.ResponsibilitiesPerform all necessary assembly routines before and after trucks are completed.Install prefabricated parts on truck chassis.Read and interpret blueprints to execute proper assembly procedures.Install pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems on refueling trucks.Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to complete assembly procedures.Operate equipment in a 100% safe manner following appropriate regulations, policies, and procedures.Other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsExperience in automotive mechanics, assembly, mechanical maintenance, and as a technician.Proficiency in using hand tools.Mechanical aptitude and assembly experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsMechanical aptitude or experience.Understanding of 12V electrical systems.Ability to read blueprints.Competency in reading 1/8, 1/16 gradations on tape measure.Ability to convert feet to inches and vice versa.Valid drivers license.Why Work Here?Become part of a company renowned for its technical innovation and quality production standards in the aviation industry. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
