Production Operator – 1st & 3rd ShiftJoin an award-winning legacy as a Production Operator at our Cabot Creamery Manufacturing Plant in Cabot, VT! We have opportunities available on both 1st and 3rd shift, with competitive benefits, paid training, and opportunities to grow.Whether you have experience in manufacturing, warehouse work, farming, construction, food production, machine operation, packaging, or other hands-on work—or you're ready to learn—we'd like to hear from you.As a Production Operator, you'll work as part of our manufacturing team to make and package the dairy products Cabot is known for. Depending on your department, you may:Operate production and packaging equipmentMake and package cheese and other dairy productsMonitor product qualityClean and sanitize equipment and work areasFollow food safety and workplace safety proceduresWork with your team to keep production running safely and efficientlyWe're looking for people who:Are dependable and show up ready to workTake pride in doing quality workWork safely and follow proceduresWork well as part of a teamAre willing to learnExperience in manufacturing, food production, dairy processing, warehouse work, machine operation, packaging, farming, construction, or general labor is helpful, but not required. Training is provided.This is an active, hands-on manufacturing position.
