If you bring a positive attitude, we'll provide all the training you need to build a rewarding, long-term career with us.What You'll DoAs a Facility Operator, you'll be part of several key areas of our manufacturing process:Operate brewing, evaporating, or drying equipmentWeigh, measure, mix, and pack food ingredients following specific formulasOperate forklifts to move product between warehouse and production areasLoad/unload bulk products and transfer materials between facilitiesTake product samples and perform basic lab testingComplete production, inventory, receiving, and sanitation recordsPerform sanitation tasks and light maintenanceMonitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and make minor adjustmentsFollow work orders and standard operating proceduresParticipate in team meetings and support safety, quality, and GMP standardsIf you're hands-on, detail-oriented, and like staying busy, you'll thrive here. No experience? No problem.
