Production Operator – 1st ShiftProduction Operator – 1st ShiftRockford, MN 55373$20.00/hrFullTimeJob DescriptionAbout the Opportunity: • Job Title: Production Operator • Pay Rate Range: $20/Hour • Location: Rockford, MN • Schedule: 1st Shift Mon-Fri 6AM-2:30PM • Position Type: Temp to HireRequirements and Qualifications: • Must be able to understand, speak, and read English without difficulty • Previous production or manufacturing experience • Forklift experience is preferred • Strong attention to detail • Ability to listen carefully and follow specific directions and instructions • Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Willingness and ability to learn new skills • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced or stressful environment • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Must be comfortable standing and walking for approximately 7 hours per shift • Must be able to regularly lift and handle materials weighing approximately 50 lbs.Duties and Responsibilities: • Perform a variety of production and manufacturing tasks on the production floor like bottling and packaging products • Follow specific work instructions, procedures, and directions • Handle and move boxes, containers, and other production materials • Lift approximately 50 lbs. regularly for several hours throughout the workday • Operate a forklift as needed, if qualified • Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy and quality • Maintain close attention to detail when completing production tasks • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisorsDiscover Award Staffing: At Award Staffing, we believe that work should be more than just a paycheck—it should inspire, empower, and create a sense of purpose.
