Production Operator: Big Bend, WisconsinOur customer in Big Bend, Wisconsin is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Production Operator to work full-time on 2nd shift. In this role, you will support spray drying and dry blending operations by operating equipment, assisting with cleaning and sanitation, and helping maintain a safe and efficient food production environment.Responsibilities of the Production Operator:Operate and monitor equipment used in spray drying and dry blending processes.Assist with disassembly, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembly of production equipment.Perform environmental and production area cleaning as directed.Support operations in multiple areas including production, packing, and sanitation.Follow all safety procedures, food safety guidelines, and proper PPE usage.Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the shift.Work as part of a team to meet daily production and quality goals.Production Operator Requirements and Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, or related work preferred.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.Ability to follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.Pay for Production Operator:$20.00–$22.00/hour.Production Operator Benefits:Temp-to-permanent job opportunity.Weekly pay.Medical, dental, and vision insurance upon hire-on.Employer-paid life insurance.401(k) with 4% company match.Paid time off and paid holidays.Shift premiums for nights and weekends.Discounted YMCA gym membership.Type: 2nd Shift, Full-time.Schedule: Monday–Friday from 3:00pm – 11:00pm.
