Production Operator /FinisherLocation: Brainerd, MNCompensation: $19.00 -$21.00 per hour - paid weeklySchedule: 1st & 2nd Shift | Monday-FridayJob Type: Temporary or Temp-to-hireAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Operators and Finishers for a leading manufacturing company in Brainerd, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce quality molded components and support a clean, organized facility. If you enjoy hands-on work and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Production Operator:Operate production equipment including rotational molding and vacuum forming machinesLoad and unload molds and manage materials throughout the production processPerform secondary operations such as routing, flaming, fiber glassing, and assemblyInspect molds, tooling changes, and finished components to ensure quality standards are metFollow and verify all production procedures, documentation, and work instructionsSupport continuous improvement efforts and suggest process enhancements or cost-saving ideasMaintain clean, organized work areas and promote a safe working environmentAssist across multiple production functions as needed to support operational demandsWhat You Need to Bring to the Production Operator Role:Experience in manufacturing or production processes (rotational molding preferred)Familiarity with molding, assembly, and secondary production operationsStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environmentHigh attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracySelf-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to changing production needsPhysical ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work long shifts in a warm environment with or without reasonable accommodationsAbility to follow written procedures, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with standards.Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
