Job description
Production OperatorWe are seeking a Production Operator to support manufacturing operations by operating equipment, assembling products, performing quality checks, and completing production documentation.ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor production equipment according to procedures.Assemble and process products using hand tools and manufacturing equipment.Perform visual inspections and identify defects.Follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures.Complete production records, work orders, and other required documentation.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Perform basic equipment checks and report issues to the appropriate team.Meet production and quality requirements.RequirementsHigh school diploma/GED preferred.Manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, inspection, or packaging experience is a plus.Good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.Comfortable performing repetitive work in a manufacturing environment.Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions.Basic computer skills preferred.Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
