Production OperatorHiring a Production Operator in Brighton, MI!Shift/Pay Rate:1st (6:30am-3pm) - $17.50/hr2nd (2:30pm-11:00pm) - $18.50/hr3rd (10:30pm-7:00am) - $18.50/hrJob DescriptionOperate a variety of metalworking equipment, including trim, punch, and form presses, press brakes, and riveting machines.Use hand and power tools to drill, grind, cut, deburr, and assemble metal components.Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production specifications.Inspect finished products and components to verify compliance with quality standards.Use measuring tools (e.g., tape measure, etc) to confirm hole placement and dimensions across various part types.Location: Brighton, MIJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, MI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
