Job TitleEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Performs all assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirements.Demonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within required time.Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space.Reports all production waste to Production Lead or SupervisorResponsible for safety and quality throughout productionResponsible for notifying a Production Lead or Supervisor when they step off the line to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.Performs other duties as required by Supervisor or ManagerFollows all company policies and procedures.Education and/or Experiences:High School diploma or equivalentExperience working in a Manufacturing EnvironmentAbility to work in a fast paced environmentUnderstand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety trainingMust be able to understand verbal and written instructionsTroubleshoot problems and report issuesMust work well in team environmentSkills:Ability to be on feet up to 8-12 hours per shiftUse of hands and fingers to perform job functionAbility to stoop, kneel, bend and climbAbility to lift up to 35lbsAbout UsDo you want to work with people who are dedicated to innovation and making the world a better place?
