Production OperatorJoin our production team and play a key role in delivering quality products every day. This is a hands-on opportunity where your attention to detail and teamwork will make a real impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.What will you do?Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment used in the manufacturing of powdered metal contacts.Follow work instructions and operate mixing equipmentSetup production furnaces to run at specific settingsMonitor press equipment and perform adjustments as needed to maintain qualityPerform first piece inspection using gauges and operate SPC softwarePerform changeovers on various equipmentUse SAP software to complete order transactionsMaintain production records and documentationMaintain a safe and clean work environment (5S)What qualifications will make you successful?Ability to read and understand written materialsAbility to follow work instructionsAbility to clearly communicate with team membersAbility to stand and perform repetitive work for long periods of timeAbility to work safely in manufacturing environmentBasic computer skillsPrevious manufacturing experience preferredHigh School Diploma or GED requiredWhat's in it for me?Starting wage $31.23/hour.
