This opportunity is based on a Production Operator career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.Job DutiesOperate and monitor equipment to produce high-quality optical and electro-optical products for medical applications.Prepare raw materials and maintain controlled process parameters to ensure quality and consistency of products.Perform inspections, measurements, and documentation in accordance with engineering specifications and quality standards.Follow detailed work instructions, cleanroom practices and strict safety protocols.Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot process issues and support continuous process improvements.Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED is required.Experience RequirementsMinimum of 2 years in manufacturing experience.Preferred QualificationsAn associates degree or two-year technical degree is preferred.Physical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.Operator in this role must have, or be able to learn, Windows based computer skills: Microsoft Excel and Word are required.BenefitsCompetitive Weekly PayComprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Life Insurance and Disability Insurance for added peace of mind.Optional 401(k) Plan to help you prepare for the future.Safety-Focused Manufacturing Environment with opportunities for advancement and skill development.What You Will DoAs a Production Operator you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions.
