In this role, you will be responsible for performing general manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, sorting, and organizing materials. Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of products and equipment within the facility. Support production and skilled trade teams with various duties as assigned. This position requires a strong commitment to quality, adherence to all safety protocols, and a collaborative spirit to meet team production targets. Operate machinery for block and head machining operations as required. Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements; maintain a high standard of cleanliness, upkeep, and housekeeping at the workstation. Execute daily and weekly operator Preventive Maintenance (PMs) on assigned machines and equipment.Production Operator Qualifications:Proven experience in assembly processes or machine operation within a manufacturing or industrial environmentAbility to stand for extended periods, up to 12 hours, throughout the shiftStrong commitment to workplace safety and strict adherence to all safety protocolsExcellent attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality workAbility to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environmentAdaptability to changing work assignments and production demandsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
