Production Operator
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting daily production activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Darien, WI
Pay Range:
$22.56/hr
Shift: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery efficiently and safely
Assist in the assembly and handling of large parts and materials
Follow safety protocols, including wearing PPE such as steel shoes and safety glasses
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Report any safety concerns or equipment issues to supervisors promptly
What's Needed?
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds consistently throughout the day
Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and PPE requirements
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Comfort with physical tasks and standing for extended periods
Availability to work scheduled hours and overtime as needed
