Company promotes from within!Stable and consistent jobProduction Operator Pay: $21.00/hr ($22.00/hr after conversion to permanent hire which is 90 days after hire date)Production Operator Hours: 2 – 2 – 3 Rotation – 5am - 5:30pm (Work 15 out of 30 days!)Production Operator Benefits: (After conversion to permanent hire) Medical, Dental, Vision, Short- and Long-term disability, Life insurance, 401k match, Flexible Spending Accounts, Two weeks paid vacationGeneral Scope: Production/Process OperatorPrepares and blends batch formulations composed of liquid and powder ingredients to feed capsule manufacturing equipment that meet all health and safety standards.Operator Duties and Responsibilities:Machine OperatingCleaning/SanitationBlending/mixingQuality Assurance/ControlMechanical aptitude; interest in taking things apart / putting together; "tinkering"Good multitasking and time management skillsModerate computer skills including data entry, excel experience preferred but not requiredModerate math skills including basic math and addition, and converting percentages to decimals (basic math assessment will be required during interview process)Independently motivated and able to work alone or with othersMany rooms require the ability to climb ladders or stairs and work at tall heightsThe ability to identify a variety of colors for quality purposesOperator Requirements:Pass drug test and physicalPass a basic math assessmentPass a 50 lb lift testOther Company Highlights:Steady, stable workTrain-to-hireClean environment/temp controlledFull convenience market in facilityUniform drop off/pick up/laundryVouchers for Safety Shoes and Prescription Safety EyewearThis position requires a pre-employment background check and drug screen.For any questions regarding this position, email Lisa at between 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday
