Production OperatorDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Operator I workers for a metalworking company in Detroit Lakes, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality metal components while working with modern equipment in a safety-focused environment. Read below for more information!What You’ll Do as a Production Operator:Operate welding, assembly, machining, or stamping equipmentRead and interpret blueprints and sketches to produce partsInspect finished products and document resultsPerform basic machine setups, adjustments, and routine maintenanceStack, pack, and prepare materials for shipmentComplete production and quality documentation accuratelyWhat You Need to Bring to the Production Operator Role:High school diploma or GED requiredAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds during a full shiftBasic math skills and mechanical aptitudeAbility to read and follow written and verbal instructionsStrong attention to safety and quality standardsPrevious manufacturing experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcomeReliable transportation to Detroit Lakes, MNAbility to pass pre-employment screening requirements, if applicable
