Production OperatorKelly Services is hiring a Production Operator for a temporary-to-hire opportunity.Pay: $18.00 per hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.Job Type: Temporary to hireJob SummaryThe Production Operator supports manufacturing operations by assembling, packaging, inspecting, and handling products. This role requires attention to detail, reliable attendance, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.ResponsibilitiesPerform production, assembly, packaging, and material-handling tasks.Operate equipment according to established procedures.Inspect products and report defects or quality issues.Follow safety guidelines and work instructions.Load, unload, and move materials as needed.Complete production records and required documentation.Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and minor troubleshooting.Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experience preferred.Ability to read and follow basic work instructions.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team.Forklift experience or certification is a plus.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull frequently.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements.Ability to work in varying temperatures and manufacturing conditions.Apply today to join Kelly Services as a Production Operator!
