Union position, up to $22 per hour your first year!Our client is a provider of world-class engineering solutions for automotive and heavy truck!Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kBe hired in as little as 60 calendar days!And More!Production Operator Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 18.00 to $ 18.50 / hourFull Time work availableVarious shifts available (Monday through Thursday)First Shift Mon - Thurs 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, $18/hrSecond Shift Mon - Thurs 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM, $18.50/hrPossible overtime on FridaysAssembly of foam partsOperate assembly machineDeburr parts and prep for assemblyQuality check and measure partsUtilize Plex HMI system for work instructionsProduction Operator Qualifications:Prior manufacturing/production experience preferred but not necessary.Must be able to lift up to 30 - 50 lbs frequentlyMust be available to work mandatory and voluntary overtime as neededMust be able to stand for duration of 10-hour shift.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
