Operate equipment efficiently and maintain a clean work area. Load and unload products for processing. Follow work instructions and complete tasks accurately. Learn new skills and adapt to different roles as needed. Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to improve safety and performance.Qualifications What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED. 1–2 years of steady, documented work experience. Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Basic math and computer skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends and holidays. Ability to wear required PPE and work in extreme temperatures. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, navigate catwalks, bend, and stoop. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Please note: No relocation assistance is offered for this position. Retirement: Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your eligible pay.
