Production Operator IIIProduction Operator III – AssemblerLocation: Mansfield, OHShift: Third shift, 9:30 p.m.–6:00 a.m. Training Schedule: First shift, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., for approximately 90–100 days Pay Rate: $19.80 per hour, including an $18.00 base rate plus a 10% shift differentialJob Description Kelly Services is hiring a Temporary Production Operator III will perform soldering, assembly, finishing, testing, and packaging activities for a variety of products. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to work with close tolerances, and proficiency using hand tools, measuring instruments, and soldering equipment.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform various soldering operations, including torch and soldering iron work.Assemble a variety of products containing numerous parts, close tolerances, and interrelated components.Operate equipment required for product assembly.Read and interpret blueprints and wire schematics.Use measurement instruments to inspect parts and verify compliance with quality specifications.Complete products using nameplates, decals, hardware, stamps, touch-up paint, and other finishing materials.Perform potting and encapsulation operations.Complete packing and shipping duties as needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Work effectively in a team environment, including work sharing, team problem-solving, and shared responsibility.Train other employees when needed.Perform other related duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Must be eligible to work in accordance with applicable ITAR and export-control requirements.Manufacturing experience, particularly soldering experience, is preferred.ESD training and J-STD-001 solder certification are preferred.Ability to read and accurately interpret blueprints and wire schematics is a plus.Proficiency in the safe and proper use of measuring instruments, hand tools, soldering irons, and power tools.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a production environment.
