Production Operator – 1st ShiftLocation: Killbuck, OH Pay: $19.50/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–4:00 PM Job Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are hiring Production Operators for a full-time manufacturing opportunity in Killbuck, OH. This is a hands-on position working in a rubber manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Manufacturing experience is preferred, but training is available for qualified candidates.ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor production equipment and control systems safely and efficientlyAssist with the rubber mixing and manufacturing process according to established proceduresRead and follow production instructions and standard operating proceduresIdentify, handle, and prepare raw materials used in productionInspect materials and batches to ensure quality and consistencyMonitor production processes and maintain batch consistencyComplete production and quality paperwork accuratelyPerform equipment and work-area cleanupPerform basic equipment maintenance as neededComplete production reports and inventory-related tasksRotate between different areas of the department as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentWork independently and as part of a team to meet production goalsFollow all company safety policies and proceduresQualificationsPrevious manufacturing or production experience preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand for extended periods of timeBasic reading, writing, and math skillsAbility to read a tape measure and basic blueprintsStrong attention to detailGood communication and teamwork skillsComfortable working in a dusty manufacturing environment and varying temperaturesAbility to bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive tasksWillingness to work overtime as neededDependable attendance and a strong work ethicCommitment to following all safety proceduresWhy Apply?$19.50/hour1st Shift: 6:00 AM–4:00 PMMonday–Friday scheduleFull-time hours
