Production Operator Level 3 / Doughball NightsCraftMark Bakery is an innovative and highly automated commercial bakery that is looking for TOP TALENT to join a growing company! Our state-of-the-art bakery has a temperature-controlled environment, a GREAT culture and we set a new standard for quality and food safety, while providing real value and to our customers.Scalers currently enjoy an outstanding starting wage of $19.00 per hour and can go up after your review. The Production Operator is capable of contributing to all phases of the production process. This includes scaling minor ingredients for current or upcoming production runs. Additionally, Scalers are required to keep their area clean and organized and follow sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOP). Must be flexible to learn job assignments throughout production.
