Production OperatorImmediately Hiring! Production Operator, Alexander, AR11605 Vimy Ridge RoadHiring 2nd Shift 2pm -12:30amPay: $22.69 hourly +.95 shift differentialWill train on 1st 4:00AM-2:30PM for a minimum of 6-weeks.As a Production Operator you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!Key Responsibilities:Read and interpret paint formulation specifications and production orders.Measure and weigh raw materials accurately according to established recipes.Operate mixing equipment, including mixers, mills, and pumps, to produce paint batches.Document all batch production processes and quality control results accurately.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment always.Actively communicate with supervisors and team members regarding batch status, issues, or deviations.Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and company policies without exception.Physical requirements: Stand for long periods of time.
