Job description
Production OperatorProduction Operators are tasked with producing high-quality decking products within a safe and efficient manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include stacking and packaging finished products, conducting quality inspections, moving materials, labeling and preparing orders for shipment, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and supporting production equipment. Depending on skill level and experience, operators may also assist with machine operation, production setups, changeovers, troubleshooting, and extrusion line operations. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
