Production OperatorOur client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in color concentrates, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Production OperatorLocation: New Hope, MNPay Rate: $22.00/hourShift: 2nd Shift- 2:30pm-11:00 pm (Monday - Friday) Night shift (Sunday night to Friday morning, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM)What's the Job?Set up and operate extrusion equipment to produce high-quality color concentrates.Monitor production processes to ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.Weigh ingredients accurately and manage material handling according to recipes and specifications.Perform routine equipment troubleshooting and maintenance to minimize downtime.Document production data, complete logs, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.What's Needed?High School Diploma or GED required.Minimum of 1 year experience in plastics, colorant manufacturing, or related industrial operations.Experience with extrusion, blending, or mixing processes preferred.Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle physical tasks up to 55 pounds regularly.Ability to follow safety protocols and work effectively in a team environment.What's in it for me?Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment with growth potential.Comprehensive training and ongoing development programs.Supportive team culture focused on safety and quality.Consistent night shift schedule with predictable hours.Participation in safety and continuous improvement initiatives.Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)
