Your potential is our inspiration.Where You'll Make a DifferenceCompound solid and liquid flavors by weighing, blending, mixing, sifting, milling, and fillingFollow detailed shop floor papers and SOPs to ensure accurate productionMaintain cleanliness of processing areas and equipment in compliance with GMP, food safety, and HACCPAccurately weigh raw materials using analytical balances for liquids and powdersBackflush raw material usage and process inventory transactions within SAPFill, label, and process QC samples and finished goods containersReplenish raw material and finished goods inventory as requiredParticipate in cross-training programs, including Rototherm and extrusion operationsCollaborate with team members to solve problems and support other departmentsWhat Makes You the Right FitHigh School Diploma or equivalentMinimum 2 years of chemical process manufacturing experience, preferably in food manufacturingExperience with powders compounding preferredStrong basic math, reading, and computer skillsAbility to accurately weigh materials to 0.001 grams and use the metric systemAbility to follow written instructions and Standard Operating ProceduresAbility to wear a respirator and operate forklifts or mechanical equipmentAbility to lift 25 kg containers and handle 200 kg drums and 50 kg bagsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced, high-odor environmentHow Would You Stand Out?Prior experience compounding powdered flavor or ingredient productsSAP experience within a manufacturing environmentStrong safety mindset and attention to quality and detailWhy Choose Us?Join a global leader in flavors and ingredientsWork in a safety-first, GMP-compliant manufacturing environmentGain hands-on experience with complex compounding operationsBe part of a collaborative and supportive production teamReceive training across multiple processing technologiesBuild a long-term career within IFF OperationsWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
