Production OperatorMonroe, North Carolina, United StatesAbout the JobPrint Shop Operator Monroe, NC | $19–$21/hr | 2 Days On / 2 Days Off Rotating Shifts (A, B, C, D) Day and Night shiftJoin a growing global packaging manufacturer producing plastic tubs and lids in the food and beverage industry. A large production facility expanding rapidly and looking for motivated operators to grow with the team.What You'll DoOperate print shop equipment to produce labels and packaging materials to specificationMonitor machines during production runs and make adjustments to maintain quality standardsPerform routine equipment checks and basic preventive maintenanceInspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and accuracy requirementsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentDocument production output and report any defects or equipment issues to supervisorsFollow all safety protocols and standard operating proceduresWhat We're Looking ForPrior experience in a manufacturing, production, or print environment preferredAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbsStrong attention to detail and quality consciousnessReliable and punctual with a strong work ethicAbility to work rotating shifts including nights and weekendsTeam player with good communication skills2 days on / 2 days off rotating schedule across 4 shifts (A, B, C, D) — great work-life balance with every other stretch of days off!Submit your resume and a recruiter from Autonomy Staffing will reach out to you.
