Production Operator - Multiple ShiftsPhillips Medisize, a Molex Company is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development, and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. Our Phillips, WI location is seeking Production Operators to support manufacturing of injection molded parts and assembly.Available Shift Options:2nd shift: Mon- Fri (3pm-11pm) + 8% shift differential3rd shift: Sun- Fri (11pm-7am) +12% shift differential ($250 SIGN ON BONUS)Weekend days: (5am-5pm) + 8% shift differentialWeekend nights: (5pm-5am) + 14% shift differentialWhat You Will Do:Operate and maintain expertise in the functionality of injection molding pressesSynchronize operations with hot stampers, paint machines, pad printers, assembly machines, and other related machinery to ensure optimal performanceConduct thorough visual, in-process, and final inspections of parts, ensuring they are free from contaminationAccurately complete and maintain all necessary checklists and documentationFollow and understand operator guides and work instructions with precisionTrim and package parts as per detailed instructions, ensuring quality and consistencyEffectively communicate job status across shifts and collaborate with Mold Technicians to address issues or process variationsMaintain records and documentationActively participate in setting and achieving departmental goals and expectationsPerform administrative tasks such as email communication, data entry, and document creation efficiently using a computerWho You Are (Basic Qualifications):Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorshipIn order to comply with U.S. export control laws and regulations, this position requires applicants to either provide proof of U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status or be eligible to receive an export authorization (a license) under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations.This position does not qualify for VISA sponsorshipAt least one (1) or more years of experience and industrial or manufacturing environmentOur Benefits:Our goal is for each employee, and their families, to live fulfilling and healthy lives.
