Production OperatorProduction Operator (Racker Team Member) Location: New Albany, Ohio Department: AnodizingWork week: Monday-Friday First Shift: 6:30am–3:00pm ($15.50/hr) Second Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm ($16.25/hr)Job Summary: The Production Operator is primarily responsible for affixing small aluminum parts onto titanium metal anodizing racks. This role requires attention to detail for visual inspection and quality assurance, as well as the ability to perform a variety of tasks on the racking line. Essential Functions:Affix small aluminum parts onto anodizing racksWork in close proximity with other team membersLift and carry boxes of parts weighing up to 25 lbsConduct basic visual inspection for part imperfections to ensure qualityIdentify and differentiate between various part sizes, shapes, and stylesFulfill multiple positions on the racking line as required (lead racker, buffer-racker, wheel, autoload racker, etc.)Build boxes for finished goods when necessaryPerform additional duties as assignedQualifications:Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, especially regarding job duties and safety regulationsManual dexterity to handle small parts with both hands simultaneouslyFlexibility to work overtime, occasionally on short notice or weekendsStamina to stand for long periodsPhysical capability to lift up to 25 lbsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentWillingness to take direction from supervisors and coworkers
